Review : Measure up Bowls

Thanks to Measure Up Bowls for providing me with free bowls to review.

This product is hands down, the most useful product I own. Ok, if I say "America is..." alot of people would say "America is the fattest country." What do you think the reason is? I know alot of people would say that they just don't know how to eat right or they just don't have time to focus on there health. Well Measure Up bowls are seriously the perfect solution for everyone!

Measure up bowls are so innovative. There like regular bowls only they have lines threw out the inside that are equivalent to like measuring cups. There are 2 size bowls, A larger one and a smaller one. The smaller one has : 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 cup. And the larger one has 1/2, 1, 1 1/2 and 2 cups.

So portion sizes are impossible to overdue. The perfect solution for anyone trying to getting on a healthy track. On the box that the Measure Up bowls come in is a small list of recommended serving sizes, such as..
1 Cup Fresh Fruit
1/2 Dried Fruit
1/4 cup nuts
1/4 cup granola
1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup cooked pasta
2 cups leafy greens
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup ice cream
1 cup cereal flakes.

Measure up bowls are available in singles, like, just the large bowl or just the small bowl and they are also available in double packs which contain one small and one larger bowl. Additionally you can purchase a Measure up journal which tracks for 3 months what you've eaten, and  how much you've eaten.

The Large bowl is available for $19.99 and the Smaller Bowl is available for $13.99 or you can buy both in a set for $29.99. Plus the Measure up journal can be purchased for only $5.99.

  3. Hi there! Thanks for the follow and visit from MBC, and I'm following you in return now.

I agree, Americans have gotten so far off base on what a healthy reasonable portion size is, that we really need to start becoming more aware of what and how much we are eating...and taking the time to exercise a little portion and self control! These look like a great way to do that!
