The Magic Warble.. A wonderful book for people of all ages!

The Magic Warble is such a fun book, not only is it a great book for younger children, but it's also a book for all fantasy lovers. Before I let all of you know what I thought about it I will share the back of the book with ll of you...

But when Kristina receives an unusual Christmas gift, she suddenly finds herself magically transported to the land of Bernovem, home of dwarfs, gnomes, fairies, talking animals, and the evil Queen Sentiz.

In Bernovem, Kristina not only fits in, she’s honored as “the chosen one” the only one who can release the land from Queen Sentiz’s control. But it’s not as simple as it seems. To save Bernovem, she must place the gift she was given, the famous “Magic Warble” in its final resting place. And she must travel through the deep forest, climb a treacherous mountain, and risk capture by the queen’s “zelbocks” before she reaches her destination. Guided by her new fairy friends, Clover and Looper and by Prince Werrien, a teenage boy, as well as an assortment of other characters, Kristina sets off on a perilous journey that not only tests her strength but her heart."

When I first read the back I was super excited to actually get started reading it.

The Magic Warble starts on the last day of school. You can tell by the first chapter that Kristina is a kind of odd ball, it's the end of the year and she doesn't really get along with anyone. Right before Kristina is about to leave to go home her teacher stops her an give her "The Magic Warble." Her teacher doesn't explain it, she just gives it to her.
Right afterward Kristina gets on her school bus and is teased by some kids. They take her "gift" and start tossing it around. Finally Kristina gets it back and goes home. That was her last normal day for a while..
Later that night Kristina gets "transported" to  land called Bernovem. Everything is strange in Bernovem and she has to kindof walk around until things start falling into place. Then she finds out exactly whats going on and it is now up to her to save Bernovem from the evil Queen Sentiz. (I won't go any further because I don't want to ruin the book.. The Magic Warble is really fun to read, young or old! I personally thought The Magic Warble was pretty suspenseful, you never knew what evil thing would be stopping Kristina next.

If I were you I would look into The Magic Warble. It's a great story with a great plot line. I have a feeling this is going to be one of the best books of my time.

Oh! One more thing! Did I mention Kristina has a pet rat? Well she does and his name is Raymond. Just like how my rats do, her rat travels around with her on her shoulder and in her bag! What  I loved most was that I could relate to Kristina. It was like I was in the story! :)
