This was a great week for me! About 5 days ago, my grandpa talked to my cousin Alan, and it turns out that they had a treadmill that they were about to throw away! There was nothing wrong with it (well it's kindof old, but works fine!) but, they just wanted to get a new, better one! So my grandpa drove out to Marco Island and picked up there old one for me! So now, not only am I on a great diet, but I am also able to exercise as much as I'd like in the privacy of my own home! So this week I have been walking an hour (or sometimes more!) a day! Well; It's really paid off! Last week I got down to 183 (My starting weight was 187), and this week I am down to 176.2! Very excited! I have already lost 10.8lbs; And it's only been 2 weeks! I am so so thrilled! And I am very excited to see what happens in the coming weeks!
So here is a look at some of the stuff I ate this week on the Nutrisystem diet
(This was my meal for the entire day on 2/19/11)
The Nutrisystem NutriFlakes Cereal- 40% Bran Flakes-
The Peanut Butter and Jelly Bar (OMG! I loved this one! So delicious! I just reordered a bunch of them for next month!)
+ a Dairy/Protein and 2 Vegetables. I had 1 hard boiled egg, and radishes (unlim) along with cucumbers (unlim.)
The Cheese Ravioli with Basil Tomato Sauce (YUM!)
The Nacho Crisps (Loved these as well; I just reordered a bunch!)
