(This was my meal for the entire day on 2/19/11)
Breakfast-
The Nutrisystem NutriFlakes Cereal- 40% Bran Flakes-
+ a Dairy/Protein and a Fruit ( I had a cup of fat free yogurt and 1 1/4 cup of strawberries)
Lunch-
The Peanut Butter and Jelly Bar (OMG! I loved this one! So delicious! I just reordered a bunch of them for next month!)
+ a Dairy/Protein and 2 Vegetables. I had 1 hard boiled egg, and radishes (unlim) along with cucumbers (unlim.)
Dinner-
The Cheese Ravioli with Basil Tomato Sauce (YUM!)
+ A fruit/veggie, 2 vegetables and a fat (I Had 1 1/4 cup strawberries, 1 cup of raw broccoli, 1 cup of raw carrots and a tablespoon of flax seeds.
Dessert-
The Nacho Crisps (Loved these as well; I just reordered a bunch!)
I enjoyed most of the food this week! There were a couple of things I didn't care for, such as the Mushroom Risotto (But obviously, because I dislike mushrooms). But overall, I think the food was great this week, and I feel great this week too! I mean with a 10.8 weight loss, your not going to hear me complain! :)!
