Yum!

Wow, I can't believe how simple these were to make! You don't have to use the stove or oven, at all! Which I love. I enjoy eating cooked food, but the mess always seems to be harder to clean, and just more annoying and time consuming. So I was really thrilled when I discovered how very easy these were to me.

When making them all you had to do was whip in a few ingredients (cream cheese, water and a little butter.) Then you just simply mix it up to form a delicious whipped cheesecake mixture. The bottom of the bars have an Oreo cookie crust, which literally just makes them irresistible. The whole process was quick, and easy. The only thing I disliked was that after you whip up the ingredients and pour it in, you have to let them cool in the fridge for a hour :(! After taking a couple licks of the bowl, it was so hard to wait! I managed though, and then we got to enjoy them later!

Everyone in the house truly enjoyed these! They are just so delicious! I would definitely eat them again! I'm really tempted to try some of the other wonderful treats available at the Plentiful Pantry.
