So it's my 5th week on Nutrisystem. This week I am down another 5.2lbs! Woo Hoo! My total so far is at 19.8lbs! I've gotta tell you.. I feel fantastic! I am down 2 sizes in pants now, and I am starting to fit back into SOME of my old clothes. :)!
Honestly this past week, my depression has been coming out.. (Which is why I am having such a lack of posts) I always seem to have a lot going on, and it seems like I never get a break. Who does though? I know a lot of you are going through hard times too, and it's great to have all of you too open up to. Because of my depression I actually started working harder. I start feeling bad about the way that I look, and this past week I actually did MORE about it. I jogged, I walked more, and I even swam with Aaron. It sure paid off! I couldn't be happier with a 5.2 loss!
I had some more great meals this week! This was my favorite day (in food.)
Breakfast: The Scrambled Eggs with Vegetables:
I also had the "extras" which include a dairy/protein and a fruit. My extras for breakfast were a cup of fat free key lime pie yogurt, and 1 small apple
Lunch: The Trail Mix Bar:
I also had the "extras" which included a dairy and 2 veggies.
I had 1 scrambled egg, unlimited greens, and a cup of raw broccoli.
Dinner: The "Sloppy Joe"
I also had the "extras" which included a fruit/veggie, 2 vegetables and a fat.
So I had a kiwi, unlimited greens, 1 cup of raw cauliflower and some almonds.
Dessert: The Carrot Cake
Overall this week was great, and I can't wait to share next week with you!
