Well.. As you all know.. I've gone through a difficult few weeks. And as you can probably imagine.. My diet hasn't been perfect. I wish I had been on my diet, but after I went to the doctors, I had to stop for a little while. Then I came home, and found out about grandpa.. We've been having a lot of company, and so I was always around everyone else, eating, and talking. So sadly, I have no weight loss for week 6. (Because I had done 6 days of the Nutrisystem before I had left, and then today I just finished the 7th day. I had not weighed in before I left) So unfortunately, as of right now I am +4lbs. I am a little stressed about it. But I know that if I continue to stay with Nutrisystem, I will have that 4lbs gone in no time! I do also know that it's going to be hard with all the stress in my life right now; But I am staying as focused as I can, and I know things will work out.
So, yesterday, here was what I had:
Breakfast:
Lowfat Granola Cereal
I love granola, and I loved this cereal! It was chewy, and very delicious!
I also had the extras. Which included a
dairy/protein and a fruit. My extras for breakfast were a 1/2 cup of tofu and 1 small apple
Lunch:
Split Pea Soup
I thought the split pea was a little bland. However I loved how creamy it was!
I also had the "extras" which included a dairy and 2 veggies.
I had 1 cup of yogurt, unlimited greens, and a cup of cauliflour.
Dinner:
Cheese Ravioli:
I had tried this before, and loved it! Again, it was delicious!
I also had the "extras" which included a fruit/veggie, 2 vegetables and a fat.
I had a cup of raw carrots, unlimited water chestnuts, unlimited greens and a few sesame seeds.
and finally.. Dessert:
The Almond Biscotti:
I looove the Almond Biscotti. It is the best :)
So, overall.. My week wasn't the best, but I know things will get better :)!

I am curious do they suggest extras for you or is there a selection to choose from?

ReplyDeleteThey give you a book that has how much of each thing you can have. Theres a list for everything; Veggies, Fruits, proteins, fats, etc.
