Nutrisystem! (I am a Nutrisystem Nation Blogger!) Week 7!

A really decent week on Nutrisystem!
I have to admit, I was a little worried about this week on the scale. At the beginning of the week I slipped up. I went out with everyone, and we had a nice dinner at the Golden Corral. I tried to eat well at the salad bar, but I did splurge a little on the hot bar and I have to admit, I also snuck in a cookie and a slice of pie. I thought I would gain this week, because honestly, I didn't really work out either. However, I still had a weight loss. This week I was down 2.6lbs. I was extremely happy about that. It shows me that I can still indulge, while still losing weight. It's ok to indulge as long as you do it moderately! I am really learning on Nutrisystem, and I am so happy about that!

Here are my favorite dishes of the week:
Breakfast:
The Cinnamon Bun-
Well, I have to admit, I love my sweets! I love love love cinnamon buns! This cinnamon bun was really good! when I took the first bite, I knew something was missing. So I put it in the microwave, and yum! A perfect, warm gooey cinnamon bun!
 I also had the extras for breakfast,Which included a dairy/protein and a fruit. My extras for breakfast were a cup of yogurt and 10 large frozen grapes.

Lunch:
The Fettuccini Alfredo
Yummmmy! What makes this so good is the delicious creamy sauce! It is so thick, and flavorful! Definitely recommended!
 I actually didn't have any extras during this lunch. However, please note, it is very important to have these extras! We hadn;t made our run to the store yet, and I didn't have anything to eat, and that is the only reason I didn't have them.

Dinner:
The Vegetable Fajita
I've always enjoyed the vegetable fajita! It's really yummy, flavorful and chopped full of ingredients! I really enjoy how many ingredients. It has lots of textures and it's very enjoyable!
I also had the "extras" which included a fruit/veggie, 2 vegetables and a fat.
I had a cup of raw cauliflour, 1 cup of strawberries, unlimited greens and 5 pecans.

Dessert:
Pretzels
These weren't my absolute favorite. They were a little bland, but they were OK.
 Overall, I had a pretty decent week! I indulged and enjoyed that, while still losing weight! :)

  1. Goodness- who could resist Golden Corral? Dieting is a lifestyle change, and a little induging now & again isnt the end of the world!
    You did great- 2.6# in a week is great- keep it up!!!
