Down another 3lbs!
Woo! Very very happy today! I started off great today! I woke up, got on the scale, and there it was... -3lbs for the week! I only did some mild exercising (A couple small walks around my neighborhood, and a little walking on the treadmill) so I was really happy to still see -3lbs. I am really starting to see a bigger physical change in my body. I have never felt more healthy, and I am so proud of it! You know, I still may be a little overweight, but.. I am eating healthy and I regularly do mild exercises. As long as I keep this up, I should be slim AND healthy in no time :)
Here are my favorite meals of the week:
Breakfast: The Sweetened O's Cereal
I also had the extras which included a dairy/protein and a fat. I had a half cup of tofu, and a cup of vanilla yogurt.
Lunch: The Fudge Graham Bar:
I also had the extras for lunch, which included a cup of broccoli and cauliflour (I also snuck in a few grapes :o)
Dinner: The Italian Herb Flatbread pizza:
I also had the extras, which included a fruit/veggie, 2 veggies and a fat. I had a cup of raw carrots, a small banana, 1/2 cup of cooked broccoli and some pecans.
Dessert: The Butter Flavored Popcorn:
Overall, I had another AMAZING week on Nutrisystem!
