I have to admit that normally, I just stick with my one type of yogurt. Like, everytime I go to the store I get the same brand, and I get the same few flavors. So, I was a little nervous about trying a new brand and type of yogurt.

I ended up choosing the blueberry flavor (it actually comes in 6 different flavors.) I was actually really impressed. The blueberry yogurt was really good (more tart then my normal yogurt, but still yummy) and considering the benefits you get from it, I would definitely recommend it.
