Yay!
Guess who's down another 3lbs? ME :D!
That's right! I am down another 3lbs this week, so my total weight loss is 35.8lbs! I can barely believe it myself.. My confidence is just growing, and growing! I just did average exercise this week, and I'm still seeing pretty decent weight loss numbers!
Here were my favorite meals of the week:
Breakfast:
The Southern Style Biscuits and Gravy
These were so good! This was actually my first time trying the biscuits and gravy, and I am so glad I did! I think it's so cool how they come too! Both the biscuits and the gravy come in a powdered form, and still turn into delicious food! They only thing I didn't like about this meal is that you had to wait. Like, I don't mind waiting 2 minutes or so, but you have to wait 5 minutes for the gravy to thicken, and then you still have to wait for them to cook :(.
Lunch:
The Roasted Vegetable Pizza:
Really yummy! The crust is always just perfect because it has the most amazing crunchiness to it! The veggies are always perfect, and the cheese is just the right amount.
Dinner:
The Macaroni and Cheese:
To be honest, I'm not the biggest fan of Macaroni and Cheese. I wanted to give the Nutrisystem M&C a shot though, and while I didn't really care for it, I can say that it tasted just like any other macaroni I've ever had, and so it's not that it was bad, it's just that- Like I said, I don't care for Macaroni.
Dessert:
The Creamy Fudge Bar:
Really really good! A Delicious decadent fudge bar! I loved it, and if I could, I'd just eat these for pleasure, and not just for my diet :)
Overall I had another awesome week on Nutrisystem! I have 9 more amazing weeks to go, and I know with Nutrisystem, I'll be able to make my weight loss goals!

ReplyDelete35lbs wow that's great though the few pictures I've seen of you I don't know where the extra weight is coming from 'cause you certainly didn't look overweight at all! Anyway not the point, that's awesome you're building your confidence! Great job and best of luck!! :)
