Review: Tavern Direct Old Vine Cabernet & Fire Grilled Garlic Marinade

What a surprise! Tavern Direct has another amazing product :)

I received the Old Vine Cabernet & Fire Grilled Garlic Marinade. When I first initially read the title of the product, I am assumed that it would be very spicy, surprisingly, there is no spice to it, at all! I mean,  there are of course spices, but I mean, there aren't any burning spices.

What I really loved about this product was that there were tons of herbs in it! When  you shake up the bottle, you literally can see everything that it is seasoned with! It looks really delicious (and trust me, it is!)

The Old Vine Cabernet & Fire Grilled Garlic Marinade goes perfectly with meats,  such as beef, pork, or lamb. However, I wanted to try something a little different.

I took some diced peppers, and I put them in a small dish, and marinated them for about 15 minutes. After marinating them I placed them on some black peppered turkey, and I rolled them. I ended up with delicious turkey rolls :D! (see below pictures :) )

(And the Finished Product. Feel free to click an image to enlarge it and see the delicious details :) )

The turkey rolls were absolutely delicious! I can't wait to try the Old Vine Cabernet & Fire Grilled Garlic Marinade on some warm dishes too :). Almost forgot to mention, this product is Gluten Free too!

  6. I just read another blog that called for marinating asparagus. I would do broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, carrots...lots of veggies instead of meat.

  13. For sure going to have to try this for hubby. I'm not a big turkey eater and he's not a big veggie eater but I think this is yummy enough that the two of us would both like it. Lol. I feel like the old nursery rhyme. Haha.

  14. what a great idea :) I do stuff like this often because I'm cutting down on my carbs, so I'll use turkey (or ham) as a wrap :)
