Nutrisystem (I am a Nutrisystem Nation Blogger) Week 23 with #Nsnation
Well let me start by saying - I am extremely excited to tell you all about this week!
I was a little disappointed with this week weight loss number, but I am SO enthused about next weeks!
This week I am only down 1.8 lbs (Bringing my new total to -43.8) but I have a really good feeling about next weeks!
I have been exercising for months now. Nothing too intense, but just basic exercising like biking, walking, swimming, etc. Well on Monday night I got a call from one of my friends, Heather, and she told me about this great opportunity with a personal fitness group. It's free for 21 days, and I jumped at the opportunity!
I've already done 2 sessions, and I have to say - I can't believe how intense it was! I mean, I knew it would be hard - But I just wasn't prepared for how hard! Sessions last about 1 hour, and by the time it's done, I am completely exhausted. I don't want to keep ranting, so I'll share more about the program in a couple days.
So anyway, I just started the fitness group, and I didn't see any huge results from it for this week- But I am extremely excited to see my results for next week!
Here are the featured meals for this week:
Breakfast:
The Golden French Toast:
The french toast was a little bland in taste I think, but I just added a dab of sugar free syrup, and it was really delicious!
Lunch:
The Chicken Noodle Soup:
Yummy! The chicken noodle soup was so rich and hearty - I loved it!
Dinner:
The Chicken with Dumplings:
yumm! This was so creamy! I love creamy food, and these dumplings were to die for!
Dessert:
The Peppermint Cookie Patty:
I love this patty! It never gets old; One of my favorites!
Overall I had a decent week - And I can't wait to share next weeks :)!!

Hey 1.8 is great! They always say that over 2lbs a week after the first couple of weeks is too much so ya know better to be healthy and slower loss increases the chances of it staying off. Also if you're upping the intensity of workouts you'll probably gain muscle, which of course weighs more than fat so don't be disappointed if numbers aren't as high (or err low) as other weeks. Anyway enough rambling :)
