Nutrisystem! (I am Nutrisystem Nation Blogger!) Week 24 with #Nsnation



Well I can't believe I have been on Nutrisystem for 6 months now.

My results have been absolutely amazing. And I am so happy to be a part of the Nsnation - It's such an honor!

As I expected - This week's results were pretty good. I worked out 4 days this week in the morning boot camp. I was supposed to do it this week too, but the weather has been so bad.
It has been extremely rainy here, and sadly class was canceled every day this week so far.
So sadly, for almost half the week I didn't get very good exercise. But according to my fitness coach last week for the 4 days I did exercise I was down 3% of body fat already, by Friday.

Without exercising for the other days, I am still down 3.2lbs for this week-  Which brings my new total to -47lbs! Woo! I am so close to -50lbs and I can't wait!


Here are this weeks featured meals:
Breakfast:
 The Scrambled Eggs and Vegetables:

I've always loved Nutrisystem's scrambled eggs - And I still do! They are so delicious☺

Lunch:
The Meatball Parmesan Melt
  One of my favorite lunch entrees! The only negative thing is that it's pretty small, and it goes too fast. It's so delicious though!

Dinner:
The Grilled Chicken Breast
  The chicken breast was so tender! It literally pulled apart - I really enjoyed it! The only negative aspect, again, was it was a little small.

Dessert:
The NutriChocolates
 I love these little chocolates! They literally melt in your mouth ^.^

Overall, I was extremely happy with my results this week - And I can't wait to share next week :D
