Nutrisystem! (I am a Nutrisystem Nation Blogger!) Week 25 with #nsnation
Well, I have to start off by saying, I am very disappointed in myself this week.
I'm not sure why - But this week I was over whelmed with different cravings. I tried to stick with my diet - But I did stray this week. It wasn't too bad, but I ended up eating a little popcorn one day, tater tots another day, and a candy bar on another day. I think maybe with all of the exercising I'm doing I need to eat some more greens or something. I end up feeling more hungry, more often.
I also missed a 2 days of exercise this week. And unfortunately I paid for it - With a 2lb weight gain. So now my total is unfortunately at -45lbs :(
Don't get me wrong- I know 45lbs is an amazing loss - But I'm just more disappointed for myself. I was all hyped about starting this exercise class, and I just feel like I let myself down.

Overall, I had a pretty disappointing week - But I have faith that next week will be better!
