Nutrisystem! (I am a Nutrisystem Nation Blogger!) Week 27 with #nsnation
Well.. Things are still pretty slow with my diet. I'm definitely not exercising as much as I was a couple weeks ago. I'm not sure what happened, but my friend just bailed on the entire boot camp, and now she doesn't want to continue walking, or exercising either. I think I am going to try and teach my grandma some of the exercises that I learned at the boot camp, so that she can do it with me. It's so hard to stay motivated when the person your journeying with just bails on you :(.
I know Nutrisystem has a great support system on their website, and when you need help, you can go there, so I have really been considering checking more into it.
This week, like I said was pretty slow. I am down 1.2lbs this week. Better than no loss, and I am especially happy I didn't gain. My total weight loss since starting on my Nutrisystem journey is now at 46.8lbs. I am really eager to hit that -50, so I am keeping my finger crossed for next week!

Breakfast:

Love these! I still dislike waiting 5 minutes to make them, but it's worth it for the deliciousness :)!
Lunch:
The Toasted Ham and Cheese.
Yum! These remind me of a hot pocket - I love them!
Dinner:
The Swedish Meatballs with Pasta in Sauce:
I was iffy about the Swedish Meatballs; Not bad!
Dessert:
The Orange Creme Bar:
So creamy and delicious! I love it - One of my favorite desserts!
Overall, things were pretty slow this week, but I've still seen a loss, and as long as I continue on Nutrisystem, I know weight will continue to come off!

I also lost motivation with boot camping. I was going with two friends during the summer but they left it (or took a pause, dunno) and I have to meet all new people ... I hate to go alone. :/ but I'm going tomorrow anyway! :)
ReplyDeleteToo bad Aaron isn't interested in some of the bootcamp excersises.That could be something fun for you to do together. That would be awesome if your grandma wants too!

Grrrr..i haven't been receiving your emails. I am not receiving so many,yours is just one of the few that i noticed wasn't arriving so im not sure how many total im not getting.Really weird,when i try to sign up again it says i am already subscribed..so where are they?!? lol Something is wacked with my computer again because rafflecopter isn't showing up 80% either on google chrome.I missed some giveaways before i tried internet explorer,then rafflecopter loads hmmm..

I'm with you on the toasted ham and cheese - I think I could eat that every day! I've never tried the biscuits and gravy but maybe I should!
