Finally! I am losing weight again! Nothing major - But I am down another 2lbs this week! The last few weeks have been slow, and I wasn't seeing large results. So I am relieved to at least see a 2 this week. My new total is to -48.8lbs! Woo! I can't wait till next week - I am going to work my butt off to get that -50!
I'm happy I lost another 2lbs this week, but unfortunately I also realize that I went through a couple losses this week, and it definitely affected my eating habits. I skipped on some of my "extras," and I actually skipped 2 meals; Which definitely isn't good.
The rest of the week, leading up to Thanksgiving, I plan on being extremely strict; Not just with the food, but with exercise too. Of course, I am going to eat this Thanksgiving, but I am going to be very careful with my portions, and I think I'll do pretty good - But we'll have to see!

I actually didn't know I had this - We were cleaning out the pantry, and I found it down on the side. I was so excited, because the blueberry muffins from Nutrisystem are so yummy!
Lunch:
The Tuna Salad:
I actually don't like fish, or any type of seafood. I like to give everything a shot though. The Tuna Salad wasn't my favorite; But I gave my grandma the rest, and she enjoyed it.
Dinner:
The Turkey Pepperoni Pizza:
One of my favorites! So, so delicious!
Dessert:
The Nacho Crisps:
I've always liked these! Really crispy - And it makes them last longer.. which also makes them more filling :)!
Overall, I had a really decent week on Nutrisystem, and I can't wait until next week!
