Pokey Passed Away :(


Pokey passed away not long after my post this morning :(

He passed away in my hands, and I know, he knows I loved him.

RIP Pokey! I love you - And I will never forget you.

    I'm sorry to hear he's gone :( But know he lead an awesome happy life that you were able to give him that many others don't get to experience.

    I'm so sorry. Take comfort in the fact that you were with him and he knew how much you cared. It's always hard to lose a little one we care about.

    I'm so sorry. You gave him a good long life and a lot of love. Losing them after just a few years is the saddest part of having rats.

    I'm sorry for your double loss...I never really met Pokey but I am sure he was well blessed while he shared his soul with you!!

    My daughter lost her pair last month, Cain and Abel...she was devastated...then someone gave her a baby girl rat, her first female and she is named Patience and is such a dainty lady rat...I love their individualism...and I hurt for your losses~!!

    I'm so terribly sorry to hear about Pokey! I read your email yesterday and was saddened that he wasn't eating much or hardly walking. It's sooo sad losing a family member. Just know he is in heaven now and he truly loved you. Pokey is in my heart and you are in my prayers.

    So sorry Amanda for all the loss you seem to have been going through the past few months. I know it is hard, but we also had the good times before, the love and enjoyment of those who die. Once we can get past the pain of loss, we can again dwell on the good memories. Hugs to you sweetie!
