Review: Hail Merry - Gluten Free & Vegan Macaroons

Hail Merry Macaroons are so good!

I received 2 different flavors to try, and I was really impressed.

I am actually very picky about how I eat coconut. A lot of times, I actually don't care for it. And normally I really dislike it, in macaroons, because it usually ends up too stringy, and the texture just seems a little off for me. But I was really surprised with Hail Merry, because the coconut is extremely fine, and I couldn't even tell it was coconut by the texture. I could tell by the taste, but it tasted great - So that was fine :)!

My favorite of the 2 flavors, was definitely the Blonde.

 I loved how they crumbled in your mouth - And the flavor was just amazing. They were sweet, and delicious!

The other flavor I received was the "choco."

 I'm not a big fan of cocoa, so personally, I didn't love them, but I gave them to my mom, and she really enjoyed them - She actually ate the entire bag (It was a smaller sized bag, and had about 8 macaroons, or so.)

The best part about Hail Merry products, is that they are Raw, Vegan, and Gluten Free! These are definitely delicious, vegan products that are not lacking in flavor.

Overall, I enjoyed the Hail Merry Macaroons, and the next time I stop in to Whole Foods, I will definitely consider picking myself up a bag :)
