Moving here to MN meant a lot of things for me but mostly it just meant that I had to buy a lot of winter clothes. I’m originally from Florida and I’m not used to all this snow and these temps so I’ve been spending a lot of time indoors so far the last few months watching direct tv st. paul and reading a lot of books because there’s something to be said for staying out of the cold and not even admitting that it’s so disgusting outside you know? Good thing I really like my new job because if I didn’t I don’t know how I’d make it through all this snow and I know that the worst is still yet to come – there’s nothing I’m looking forward to about the next few months and I hear February is particularly bad. Just shoot me if I have to end up shoveling snow off of my half-buried car…that sounds like the ultimate misery!
