BlogPOP! Fall Ball: VeriPeri Giveaway - Ends 9/19 - US Only

Warning: These sauces are pretty hot! If you can't handle the heat, I would try one of the more traditional flavors, like, lemon & herb or garlic (The Lemon & Herb, and the Garlic also have heat ratings of 1 and 3, while the heat rating on the Veri Hot is a 10!)

I've always tried being a little more willing when it comes to sauces and stuff. I like trying new things, but sometimes when I find things I like, I have a hard time letting them go, and letting new things in. Within the past year, my taste buds have really changed. I used to have a very bland palette. I would eat things the way they were, and wouldn't experiment much with flavors, spices or sauces. But within this past year I have really branched out, adding things, and trying lots of sauces (You should see my fridge. It is literally, FILLED with different sauces.) One of the things that has changed is the heat level I can handle. It used to be like, too much black pepper, and it seemed like my mouth was on fire. Now, I am eating really hot foods, like hot sauce, and sometimes even red pepper. So when I saw Veri Peri, I was really excited.

Veri Peri has a really  nice selection of sauces. Some of them are traditional flavors, and some are HOT.

The mild and the hot were both tangy, and unique in taste and had a pretty nice kick to them. I was actually a little skeptical about trying the Veri Hot, because, the Hot was already pretty hot itself.
When I first tasted the Veri Hot, I was like "Oh, that's not that bad." But then it seemed that the flavors literally expanded and exploded in your mouth, and by the time it hit your throat, you were like, holy cow! It is.. "Veri" hot!

I personally love the heat, and I really wish my grandpa were here to try them. He LOVED anything spicy. I've seen him on numerous occasions just plainly eat a spoonful of wasabi, so I would love to see him handle some of these Veri Peri sauces. 

If you like a little spice on your plate, I would definitely recommend checking out Veri Peri for yourself!
