ChicWrap Review and Giveaway - Ends 11/2 - Open to US and Canada

Thanks to ChicWrap for providing me with the wrap mentioned below, for review purposes.

One thing I've done since changing my life around, and eating and living a healthier lifestyle, is start cooking my own meals.

I'm not the best cook in the world, but I try. I'm always making salads, and a lot of healthy soups in the crock pot.
We almost always have left overs, because we make large quantities to last a long time.

In the past, we always relied on just my grandma to cook. We never worried about putting anything away, because she would always do it, so that if she were to prepare left overs tomorrow, she'd know exactly where they were.

Also, when grandma only did the cooking, there wasn't that many nights where we did have left overs. She would normally make just about enough for one night - And if by chance there were any left overs, they would easily fit into a small container.

Now that I am making crock-pot meals, there are some nights where we have probably close to half a gallon of soup left over. Sometimes we freeze it - But usually we just put it in a big bowl, and cover it with wrap.

As a lot of you know, messing with plastic wrap can be really annoying - Especially when you have an unstable box of it, that just won't cooperate.

Well that's where ChicWrap becomes a blessing. ChicWrap is plastic wrap that comes in really attractive, reusable packaging.  There are a few varieties of packaging you can choose, but I ended up going with the "Triangles" because like I've said before, I love colors, and I love abstract looking things.

And it was just a plus that the triangles matched our light pink counter tops well.

The box the plastic wrap comes in is the best of it all. Why? Because it has non-skid rubber feet, so when you need to get some, it isn't moving all around.

You can refill your ChicWrap case with any type of plastic wrap, but when you first order, included is a 250 foot roll of professional plastic wrap (The professional plastic wrap is so much more sturdy than the cheap off brands you can get.)

The other cool part about ChicWrap, is that, while with most boxes of wrap you get, they have the little metal teeth on them, and then you have to tear the amount of wrap of you need. The problem we always run into with that, is when you pull it gets twisted up, or mashed, and it's no good. You end up having to try again (Maybe I'm just really bad at tearing?! Lol) The box for this, features a ZipSafe Slide Cutter (Which is similar to closing a plastic bag) So when you need any wrap, you just pull out the amount you need, and then slide the cutter across, giving you the perfect amount, and keeping everything tidy.

If you love the professional wrap that comes with ChicWrap, and you run out, no worries. You can also buy refills. The ChicWrap box, with the wrap is available for only $9.99 (What a steal for such a revolutionary product!) and you can also buy 4 packs of the plastic wrap refills for only $15.99.

If you are always in the kitchen, or know someone who is, I would highly considering getting ChicWrap. It's much easier to use than the normal wraps, and it looks a lot better too :)!
