Right now, I know just how important healthy eating and snacking is. My food tendencies have been so weird lately, some days I have strange cravings. On some days, I feel like I don't even like food, and other days I just want everything. And it's so hard! Especially knowing that my food doesn't just impact me right now. That's why I have been trying to keep healthy snacks around, so when my weird cravings kick in, I can go to those instead. I think there box items are just a great idea, because you have a little bit of everything sitting around to choose from.
