Being the coffee loving family we are, we were super happy to review Smooth Caffeinator from Java Factory. We've actually tried some of the coffee from Java Factory before, and we loved it - So we had great expectations for Smooth Caffeinator.
We found Smooth Caffeinator to be a really great, smooth, medium roast coffee. Luke likes drinking his coffee straight, and he said this one was perfect, as is. Me, I always need to add a little something to my coffee, but I found that with such a mild roast, it didn't need to much added to it, to make it just right for my taste.
"When we set out to create a coffee that could win anyone over, we came
up with this one. Bold yet mild, full bodied and mellow, not too weak
and not too strong—if we gave this flavor profile to an online
matchmaker, we’d score a lot of coffee dates. A good medium-roast coffee
should be robust yet mellow, bold and full bodied, and at the same time
silky smooth. We captured the perfect balance for a rich, even flavor
in the Java factory Roasters medium coffee"
Java Factory set out to create the perfect medium roast coffee, with their Smooth Caffeinator, and I believe they succeeded here. Definitely a great medium roast coffee, that I would recommend.
